An updated Thetis Island Phonebook is now in preparation. With a new team taking over the process, several changes are being introduced to ensure the information can be managed accurately and maintained sustainably by future phonebook volunteers.
The Communications Committee is asking everyone who wishes to be included in the phonebook to submit an information form, even if the information in the current edition is still correct. At the same time, updated information is being collected for the Thetis Island Volunteer Fire Department (TIVFD) so it has accurate contact and property information in the event of an emergency.
An Individual Information Form has been created to collect information for both the phonebook and the TIVFD. If you do not want your name or certain contact details published in the phonebook, please check the “Do Not List” box beside the applicable field. That information will then be shared only with the TIVFD.
A separate Business and Services Listing Form is available for local businesses and service providers.
Once completed, please save the form or forms and email them to phonebook@thetisisland.net. If electronic submission is not possible, paper copies may be mailed to:
